M37 Bluetooth issues

i am getting constant complaints about the quality of my bloothtooth connection. Everything seems fine from my end but anyone that i talk to says it sounds terrible w/ a lot of backround noise. Only have 5000 miles on this car and this is very aggrevating. Any ideas on how to fix this problem??

I have the m37 and have been told by infiniti that this is a known problem, and has been the number one complaint with the car. They claim the Bluetooth meets their "standards" and there is nothing that can be done. I was told by my infiniti to contact better business bureau. The corporate headquarters are well aware of this issue and refuse to do anything about it. I’m going to try and initiate lemon law proceedings.

(I also had their "update" down which did NOT work)

guy i do not believe the problem lies with the car, but more with the phones settings.Try this. In your cell phones blue tooth options locate the one for My-Car then select the device properties and under echo control change it from auto to ON.

Guys,
Call Infiniti consumer affairs. They know about it. I am going crazy. They have credited me two lease payments so far. Plus changed the micro phone and sent a tech from Detroit. It still sucks.

They def know it is a problem. My dealer knows it.
