M35h heater

I have a 2012 M35h which I bought new when it first came out. Has anyone had recurring issues with the heater? I've had to have the heater repaired four times since purchasing it. The last two times I've taken it in for an oil change and tune-up, when I've gotten it back the heater hasn't been working. Even when the heater does work, even set to bi-level, it blows air at my knees and my torso but my feet are freezing. (When I asked the service department at the dealership, they said that the vents couldn't be redirected and that's just the way the hybrids are). I love driving the car and it's been mostly great (though the small trunk is an issue as others online have noted) but the heater problems are making me crazy. I've also found Infiniti service less than co-operative. Their attitude seems to be that if a car is out of warranty and if a repair is out of warranty, then asking an owner to pay for a major heater repair, and then asking the same owner to pay for a major heater repair 18 months after that, and then asking the same owner to pay for a major heating repair again another 18 months after that, is all perfectly fine since it doesn't technically violate the terms of any guarantee. As you may be able to tell, I'm a little frustrated and not sure what to do. Wondered if anyone else has had these issues. Thanks!
