I just bought a 1998 I30 base with only 52K on it...yes, 52K!
A problem I;m having is a VERY loud rattle over the smallest bumps, smooth ride is very quiet.
Two mechanics have looked at it and are stumped. Could it be the struts? The exhaust and axle seem fine.
