I have a 1998 I30 and the rubber lines which lead to the cooling loop in front of the radiator started to leak at the connections a few weeks ago. I replaced the rubber lines with new power steering-rated lines and used stainless steel hose clamps. The connections (4 of them) all leaked. I tightened up each clamp without success. Subsequently, I changed to a different type of clamp without success. I have bunches of spots of power steering fluid in my driveway as these connections leak a little each day. Is there some special type of clamp that won't leak? I should have added that initially I tightened the OEM clamps to their maximum adjustment when I found that they were leaking.
