Hey guys. My key fob use to roll my windows down after pressing the unlock button 3 times and holding it. Not sure y but this function stopped working. Help please
Near dead battery in the fob? Do you have a 2nd fob to try? A low battery will do a short press or two, but may not be able to do the 'holding it'. I'm not aware of any setting to activate or disable the roll down feature... does it roll down with the key? That should rule out a BCM malfunction.
*Maybe* slightly related, but I've read that people who store their keys 'near' the car will drain the fob battery more quickly as it is in constant contact with the car. I've also seen where this causes issues with the car waking up all the time. After reading that (and replacing my dead fob battery) I moved my key rack a few feet further from the garage. 4+ years and no issues since.
