I just bought my sister's JX35 and noticed that the seat heaters and coolers don't work (although she says they worked last week). When I turn the dial, the LED does not light up and nothing happens. I haven't found anything on the web so I'm guessing this is not a common problem.
My first guess was a fuse, but after finding the two front-seat fuses under the hood, both appear okay. Does anyone have a suggestion or two? Since I purchased it from a family member, I don't want to make a fuss, but would like to get them working.
