Had the car for 2 days. On the drive home, the PSF light came on and it became progressively harder to steer the car. We were lucky we were not on the HWY. I managed to pull the car into a residential area but by now it was almost impossible to turn the wheel.
Hit the SOS button and then called Infiniti Road Side Assistance. They came in 45 minutes and luckily for us they did because it was getting dark and in a so so neighborhood.
I checked the power steering fluid while waiting but that was not the problem. THe manual said to go see the dealership. What a pain in the arse!
This happened late Saturday afternoon so the dealership was closed. Had the car towed and held in storage. My infiniti dealership will call on Monday to have the car towed back to them for service.
Anyone experience problems like this?
