I've searched the net and can't find an answer.
When I'm driving in the beast and someone calls me they immediately get a female voice saying I can't come to the phone or words to that efffect.
In the car i see the answer button light up and I can push it and it will connect to the caller or if I don't hit the answer button quick enough the caller gets voicemail. I've searched both Iphone forums and have exhausted all of the menus in the Q looking for an answer. Bugging the crap out of my wife when she calls me.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Thanks!

what model is your ride? what phone model and os version?

what carrier are you on?

sounds like an issue on your carrier's end and possibly your device.

if you can reproduce this issue each time you get a call whilst in the car and connected to the handsfree,

simply disconnect the handsfree and re-attempt another call.

if this just started, it could be temporary issues in your coverage area.

do you have do not disturb or forwarding turned on?

if not, call your carrier. maybe they need to reprovision you or something.

Iphone 6+ running IOS 8.4 using TMobile in a 2011 Q.
do not disturb and forwarding are off.
calling out works fine but it's the incoming that get the weird message. I've been all over the midwest this summer and it happens everywhere including around my home.
Checked TMobile and Apple websites and nothing in forums about this issue.
Only happens in the Q when I'm in motion.

Update:
Found this in the manual
"Automatic Hold
When this function is activated, an incoming
phone call is automatically held."

Don't know how or who switched this setting on the Q. Time to beat the kids...lol

The iPhone probably is ringing before Bluetooth picks up, and then the ringer times-out.

Or your phone is not receiving the signal (like being off) and being sent to voice mail

I'm glad you solved the problem sisu. When I call my wife I get the same message when she's in our 08. But for us it always works and she simply presses the answer button on the steering wheel and the system works exactly as intended. You don't know how many calls Apple gets about bluetooth connectivity issues for vehicles. 99% of the time it's the vehicle and not the iphone. Instead of reading the manual or calling the tech support line, they call apple and start getting frustrated that they still can't connect to the vehicle even though the iphone is connected/paired to the vehicle. Typically unpairing and re-pairing solves the problem.
