Intouch Europe

Hi all
I hope that you are well?
I have had my Q50 for 3 months... i love the beast, however as i use this for work and travel a lot of miles, I would love to use some of the features that are on the intouch system email calender etc. However since Infiniti has pulled out of Europe they do not support the app or apps on the car. I have spoken to them and they have refused to give me the pin to access the system
1) is there a way round this so i can use the features (also start the car and open the doors from phone)
2) I am sure that they would still have to allow access to the features and app regardless of support or trading in the country?

I believe that the intouch system is not supported in the UK i have been told by infinti Customer Centre that they do not support the system on my 2015 car, as I was looking for updates for my Sat Nav and the system itself, did find out that the Sat Nav would cost about £120 for the SD card another £60 for Fuel to The dealer who was nowhere near where I lived and and what ever the dealer would charge for the reprogramming of the Sat Nav Maps, not sure where you live so it might be a different story for you and your car.
