Intellikey--is it supposed to reset seat position?

my 2015 Q15 has 2 keys and i expect the seat position to automatically adjust depending on what key was used by the driver.

Am I missing something?

You have to program the car to recognize each key first. Did you do that? My daughter has a used 2008 EX35 Journey that came with only one key. I went through the manuals and learned how to program it so not only does the light turn on when the key gets near the car, the seat adjusts to her specifications that she set.
