Intelligent Cruise Control Sensor "ICCS"

Gents,
I just purchased the ICCS for a 2010 QX56. It's the sensor that control the cruise control. Is this sensor a plug and play or does it have to be programmed. Infinity is trying to change me $1000 to install and there's only 3 bolts and a plug.

ASSuming your make and model has it already , it should be a simple plug and play.
