my instrument panel stops working when i hit bumps in road all guages stop working .if i tap on panel i can get them working again my ? is can this cause me to get a vehicel speed sensor code. when the odometer stops working.1998 infinit i30 3.0 v6

Instrument cluster problem
I have a 1998 Infiniti I30 with the same problem. Does anyone else know what we can do to fix this? We're looking through the manual, if we find anything we'll post the results. The only thing we are aware of that could be related to the problem in the Super Multiple Junction located under the lower instrument panel and fuse block on the driver side.
I will be digging into this later in the week and will reply if it appears to be the correct solution. If it is anything else it will be hard to fix so I am hoping this is the problem.
