infiniti i30 vibration?

I just bought a user 2001 infiniti i30. It vibrates during acceleration mildly regardless of the speed. It runs smoothly when cruising. The manual says using premium gas but my wife used regular last time. Could it be the cause? It also gives a chirping sound when it is cold and tranny shifts from 1st to 2nd.

mine had the same problem, it would shake kinda badly and wouldn't accelerate for shit, i took it to the dealership, it was the coil pack, or something like that, that spark plug wires run to it i believe, but one of the cylinders wasn't firing up so it was running on 5 cylinders, they replaced it and it runs like new
