My dash broad lights don't light up only the gas light, engine service,or sealt belt light comes on when the car is started why is this

That means who ever installed your stereo messed up! Did you do it your self, by a friend, or a company? If its a company take it back and tell them to fix it. If you did it or a friend did it take it to an audio shop and they can fix it up for you.

They stated they had the factory radio.
Make sure the panel lights knob is turned all the way up.
