Seems like your having problems with the internal computer that controls that stuff. Either that, or possibly you have a short in one of the main wires to powers the clock, antenna and heating controls.
I'm not mechanic, nor do I know a lot about cars, but it appears that is the problem.
I'd say the first thing to do is break out the owners manual and find out if all of those devices are controlled by the same fuse. If they are, try replacing the fuse first. If that doesn't work, goto an auto parts store (ie: Autozone) and pick their brains about it. I reccomend that because they could possibly supply you with answers for free where as you'd spend a couple hundred dollars to have a mechanic diagnose the problem.
