Has anyone had the heater blow cold air only out of passenger side? The motors are working but no hot air not even warm will blow to passenger side. Driver side is fine, also you can hear air flow change sound while running the temp. from 90 to 60
I had this same issue with my 2011 M37. Whatever the issue was the dealer could not source the part quickly and they had the car for almost 3 months while I drove a loaner. It was covered under warranty. Otherwise my service rep said it would have cost me $3k or $4k.
