how do i start an infiniti 97 i30 with a hammer?

I don’t know where the starter is located I know it’s the starter it’s hard to start it starts when it feels like it. Before I can take it to the shop I have to figure a temporary way to get it to start a friend told me this idea I just need more info

the hammer trick used to work on my 81 F150, but don't think it's gonna fix your I30.
