How do I replace the 2011 QX56 (or QX80) passenger rear view mirror assembly?

Has anyone here had any luck with this? I need to replace the whole assembly, which I gather requires removing the door panel. I've looked all over for a decent DIY video and can't find anything with any details.

Thanks, I saw that, but that appears to be just the mirror. I'm needing to replace the whole assembly which will require removing the door panel.
