How do I remove headrests?

Hi...I have a 2011 QX56 and it came with the tv's in the headrests...I had a flip down flat screen installed in the middle so I want to remove the headrests and replace tem with headrests without the tv's....Does anyone know how I can do that?


I tried to life them up while pushing the side button...but they still will not coe all the way up. I called a dealer and they said there may be a stop but they do not know because they claim they have never taken one off.
