Hi. It's a 1998 I-30. One shop quoted her $800. Another $400 (This is the Los Angeles area).
I see the stuts for $150 each at AZ complete, ready to install.

So how big of a job is it and where can I find instructions? Thanks- BA

ps I realize I have an incorrect forum handle.- BA

Very easy! Definitely a DIY.
Just remember to have a breaker bar for leverage as the bolts will be VERY HARD to turn without leverage because it's been on their for so many thousands of miles. Other than that, everything is pretty simple.
Also, remember to have another jack stand or jack for the brake components to rest on instead of hanging.

It's pretty easy to do with a little effort, I changed mine on my 96 this past weekend, be careful when compressing coil springs, it can be dangerous, there are some good vids on YouTube that explains the steps, it will save you tons of money
