High Pitch Whine coming from Intake Manifold

Hi, after cleaning the engine in my 2001 with a degreaser and a lil water (I covered a lot with plastic) I'm getting a high pitch whine coming from the Intake Manifold Collector. It's been 5 hours, everything appears dry and still hearing the whine. Any ideas?

I took the cover off and let it sit for a while and it seems to have fixed itself, I guess water had gotten somewhere that it shouldn't have.
