I purchased my 2012 QX56 on 9/6/2012, I love it. I paid $62,000 Flat after tax, title, and license. Below is what we got...

2WD
Platinum Graphite, Wheat Leather/Tuscan Burl trim
Theater Package
Wheel Package
Stainless Steel Rear Bumper Protector
Stainless Steel Illuminated Kick Plates
Cargo Net and First Aid Kit
All-season Floor Mats
Pin Stripe
Door Edge Protector
Wheel Locks
3 months Free XM radio
1 Year free oil Change

I tried my best on haggling them down but $62,000 is all I could get them down to.

Looks good. Do you know your before ttl price?

Where did you buy it?

I am in DFW area and looking for a similar one in 4WD.Can you share the dealership details please?

I'm in Houston. It's the Southwest Infiniti location.

I'm showing an MSRP of around 67,250 so getting it for 58,001.63 is 9,248 off. Seems like a very good deal. I'm in Houston too and that is close to the set up I want. Was that vehicle sitting on the lot for a while or do you think they would have given that much off for any one? I count over 300 new QX56s available in Houston dealers. Seems like a buyers market.

That's exactly what it is, a buyer's market but you also need to know how to work it and when to buy. It's funny, because I actually walked out of the dealership because they wouldn't knock an extra $100 and some change off the price to get it to $62,000 flat. 5 minutes later they're calling me back saying they could do it. I'm pretty sure I could have got more off if I would kept on but I didn't want to risk it.

Right now is a prime time to go buy, they need room for the 2013's. When I was looking I went to two dealerships and I saw alot of inventory, to me that says "desperate". They're willing to work with you at the end of the month so if you're looking I say start now and not wait until the beginning of October.
