Hardwire Dashcam

For my 2011 M37, I would like to hardwire my dashcam right at the rearview mirror. I need a constant hot so the unit is always powered. I pulled off the plastic cover behind the mirror to expose the wires.

Can someone help me identify which ones I need to tap into? I know I'll need an inline fuse.
