So, I have had this app on my tablet since I had my car last year.

There are many similar apps on the market that do similar, but I am an Android user and Torque was the best app.

It reads the PIDs from the ECU through the OBD port and displays them in real time. This app lets you upload your results to a website , and allows you to record video in relation to the measurements.

you can monitor lots of things--MAF, A/F ratio, HP, speed, GPS and many many other PIDS. you can also add custom PIDs.

I know is avail for Android. not sure about iFruit users. If its not, there is many apps in the apple store that do the same.

You can also read fault codes and clear them. the app can alert you to certain alarms and record them.

There is also a plugin for this app that will detect knock.

You will need a BT OBD dongle that plugs into the OBD port and either a tablet or mobile phone.

You can customize the look of the gauges, the color scheme, etc. you can have several screens of different gauges as well. very handy app. you can use it across multiple cars as well.
