Front bumper sensors

Have a new 2012 QX56 loaded and the front bumper sensors do NOT BEEP when I am close to a wall, pole, or car. My last Q was awesome to park because of this feature, is anyone else having trouble with this feature? Bought the car in Oct. 2012, only has 1,500 miles on it.
Any replies would be appreciated.

since its new, just take it into infiniti and let them smoke it over. should be under warranty.

I think they only work if you activate the camera function.

So how do u turn the camera on?

They only work with the camera on. Push the camera button when at low speed.

camera button in center console below the nav screen and to the left of the large circular button.

Camera has to be on for the front as stated earlier. There is also a cool PIP rendering with the sensors on the non-default second camera screen.
