Hey guys, a while back I got a 2017 Q50 Silver Sport which was fine but now it has damage I would responsible for basically because I was stupid and thinking unrealistically, lets put it at that. I believe it was hit where I was storing it for a couple months but it had bare minimum insurance, no cameras, the person (family) thought I knew it was like that, it was just a series of errors that I had come to terms with having thrown money away.
But when I thought to see if there's anything that can be done these pics couldn't really help the first shop I checked with.
So maybe you guys can't really tell much either. A dealership that actually saw it in person said the parts were 9-10k and maybe like 16k after labor as I guess steering and gearbox are affected. This was the top trim I believe before you get to Red Sport.
Anyway I was going to just let him do it but he was fixated on the cost making it a bad idea (paint and stuff even is extra) he really put me off so I have accepted I may have to just junk it and get a few k (which people are offering sight unseen) live and learn.
This isn't meant to be a for sale so I apologize if it comes off like that and you guys can move the post wherever. But would this be worth listing for someone's project, get more than the junkers? It had almost no miles, under 4k I think.
