Factory navigation for Infiniti M35?

Just bought a used M35 w/o navigation but has bluetooth. I was wondering if its possible to get a navigation system installed from a dealer or do I just have to go with a portable system.

Portable. For $300 you can get a unit that will run rings around the factory system.
