Engine cuts off

I have an 04 I35 with 154,000mi. It will randomly cut off when driving..... usually between 75-100mi. In the last 2 months I've replaced the alternator, fuel pump relay, fuel pump and filter and strainer, NGK spark plugs, all coil packs, battery and crank sensor....due to long crank starts..... still does it. If I unhook the battery for at least an hour, it'll run another 75-100mi.....now after an 8hr disconnect, it won't start at all. I've invested a lot of money and about 8hrs of my time....smh. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time
