Electrical issue seeking guidance

Hey all, I have a strange issue in my '97 i30 T. When I power on the windshield wipers, the radio shuts off. Radio will not turn back on until the car is powered off and on again, but no fuse blows. Has blown 2 wiper motors as well. I have not blown any fuses so I am not sure what could be doing this--what could it be? What is electrically shared between the radio and windshield wipers that could cause something like this?

Hello!!! I stumbled across your post about your electrical malfunction. If this electrical issue exsisting it can well be your electrical harness circuit behind dash consisting of a voltage resistor. Bad voltage resistor!!!! Basically a resistor limits the amount of volts between operations. A bad resistor means no measure volts in circuit. Please support

In addition it can be your electrical transistor which transmit the power meanwhile your windshield wiper operates for your radio to work. This job can be found under steering cock-pit by fuse box entering behind dashboard. Good luck!!!
