Couple Questions?????????

I just bought an 06' QX56

Does it have air suspension in the rear?

Does it have a locking diff. in the rear when the "4-Lo" is engaged?

Has anyone ever towed a pretty heavy load with it? If so, How does it do?

I have an 08....it has air suspension, Yes Diff locks in 4x4 lo- it disengages the traction control system automatically, I towed a trailer with a 7000# capacacity a fairly long distance.....the trailer probably 3000#, and I hauled about 1200# in it....has the power and transmission but the rear shocks didn't like it....it does not handle alot of toungue weight well.

Are there any differences between the 06' and the 08' models?

The air suspension is only in the rear? Or is it all 4 corners? I can hear the compressor when I start it up....

Wow....A locking diff. is a very nice feature!

Good to know you can pull a nice load with it....I'm thinking of towing my 5000# Jeep SRT8 to the track when it's out of state. With the trailer it might be 7000# total, So I should be OK.

Do these SUV's have a Nav. disc that can be updated? If so, Where is the Nav. disc inserted?

Air suspension in rear only.
I pull a 7500lb boat and trailer with ease. 1k miles per trip.
Nav. disk is located under the passenger seat.
