i am not 100% sure as I think the clusters changed around 2008 and the wiring harness may be different. dimensions should be the same.
also the mileage needs to be close to the car the new cluster is going in or else you may have issues down the road (odometer tampering issues). YOU CAN get the cluster programmed from the dealer (they send it off to nissan) but you may get some push back from a dealer or two.
also, if the older model car does not have the same trim options as the cluster is designed for, you may get DTC errors from the BCM, because the BCM is looking for a certain sensor that may not be present on the older car and it would cause it to throw a code.
wont hurt anything bu you may get a trouble lamp to light up on the cluster.
