I have a 2006 M35 and now my car won't start. Key fob not doing anything. Won't start alarm, lock, nothing. Replaced key battery. Still nothing. My security light continue to blink like key is not there. Barely any lights on dash show only asc, slip and the vcs or whatever it's called. Anyone had this problem or know what it could be?
Im completely lost and usually fix car problems 🤷🏽‍♂️

Tried resetting car by leaving terminal off battery for a period of time.
Replacing key battery
New car battery
Checked most fuses. Cant find one that is security related
Any help? Need my car asap

I have a G37S 2012. Same problem. There is a place in my car under the trunk release button that I can push the fob into and the car starts. A key pulls out of the Fob to open the door.
I haven't figured it out but have a few fixes from U Tube; Drive the car with the Fob in the hole under the trunk release for about ten minutes and that's supposed to reprogram it. Didn't help me.
Another is to hold the Fob logo over the start button. And push the start button three times, wait ten seconds, do three pushes again. Didn't work.
So anybody knows how to fix this I would really appreciate some help. I have really searched for an answer.
