Car Accelerates on its own

I recently changed the Air Control Valve because the car would sound like the Fast and the furious when put in Neutral or Parking while it would go back to "normal" when put in Reverse or Drive. Also we had some broken hoses replaced. But know, after 1 week is doing the same thing, plus as soon as the break is release the car accelerates on its own. I need help!
