Can I install a 2015 Infiniti Q40 Trunk emblem in place of my G37 emblem??

As the only difference between my G37 and the Q40 is the trunk emblem, can I install the 2015 Infiniti Q40 Trunk emblem in place if my G37 trunk emblem?

I don't know if there are tabs/holes and whether that hole pattern is the same or if these emblems are held on by adhesive.

Can anyone offer any comment or advice?
