Can anyone recommend a good "aftermarket Android radio" for an Infiniti 2013 G37s convertible?

I've got a '14 QX80 and I installed the Grom Audio VLine VL2 Interface Carplay/Android module almost 6 years ago. It's been worth every penny as its never had any issues working with every iPhone I've had. Plus, Grom Audio is always up to date with firmwares via OTA. It works with the OE system so you don't lose any OE controls from the steering wheel and OE radio, nav, etc.
