Bluetooth audio

Hey all, I recently purchased a 2011 QX 56 with Theater pkg. When I connect my Samsung Galaxy phone to Bluetooth, it doesn't work for audio or phone calls. The radio stations work fine.

do you have access to another phone to compare to make sure the system works properly?

im an android user and you can go into the bluetooth setting on the phone with the connection with the car and set it to play audio or just be for calls only. also check the settings in the bluetooth section on the car.

Yes. My wife has an Iphone and same thing happened with hers. And so I did the self diagnosis and the Bluetooth selection is grayed out. I read that means the head unit needs an update.
