I just sold my wife's '09 GL550 and thought we'd give the QX56 a shot. Looking for a fully loaded QX56 demo/slightly used - what type of price range should we be looking at? 4wd & all the goodies

Thanks in advance,

Lance

Where are you located? If you are in Southern California, I know a great dealership. I got mine for a few hundred over invoice, brand new with 50 miles on the odometer.
I called just about every dealership and no one can beat their price! Other dealers wanted $1500-$2500 over invoice. PM me if you want the dealer's info.
BTW, we've owned both a GL450 & a GL350, and the '11 QX is far superior, IMHO.

Thanks for your input, I'm located in central PA - far away from CA. However I appreciate your feedback... I might just purchase a brand new one. I typically get PO'd when you drive it off the lot & lose the big chunk, so I try to purchase one with a bit of miles on it 5-10k.

Thanks,

Lance

I'm in Missouri and just purchased 2011 QX56 with everything EXCEPT Tech. It had 5,500 miles and purchased for $64k - including shipping from CA to MO. Easiest way to identify these used when they become available I found was to set up alerts on Autotrader. We were looking for specific color/option/miles combo and this was the only one available in the U.S. that met our criteria.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Just bought the wife a new 2011 QX and traded her 45,000 mile '06 QX.

Thats what I was explaining to some friends about buying a new Vette vs a three year old one. Thats the way I'll definitely go the next time. My son is looking for one now. Let the first owner take the hit. I bought my '07 C6 new for $52,000 and now low mileage '07's are going for $28-$30,000. Plenty of nuts like myself garage them and only take them out on nice weekends.

As far as QX's go I think I'd rather start with a new one. I don't know why.
Maybe it's because I'm so familiar with American muscle and don't know crap about foreign vehicles and that worries me? Maybe it's because most of them are grocery getters. Just my .02.

I got my 2011 qx56 that was priced at $7,900 for $74,000 at the highest volume seller. Infiniti of kirkland, wa. Ask for sunhill and tell him "tino" referred you. It's the best deal around. I negotiated across the us for this deal.

I am in the market for a QX56 4 wheel drive with DVD package. I am able to find dealers offering $58,500 (not sure if this includes destination). I reached out to every dealer within 2-3 hours of me. MSRP for the truck is $66k and all offers have ranged between $58.5k - $63K. I have not tried to push dealers harder since their initial offer. Any ideas on how low the dealers can price this car? Thanks.

$58.5k for a $66k QX is a real good deal, IMO. Is it a demo? That would be my biggest question. I personally don't like demo/boss's vehicles. Ask how many miles are on the odometer and go from there.

I got mine for $58.3k (which included the destination charge, but not Tax/Tags) in Dec '10. brand new 40miles on the odometer. Great truck, super comfy. you don't see yourself coming and going like all the BMWs and MBs!!! Unique shape/styling, but it grows on you... but it is a BEAST in size, I still can't park the damn thing at the grocery story on the first slide... goto back it up and forward again.

Bought mine from JBL Infiniti in Maryland. Good people, just wish they gave me free dang oil changes for life, like some of the other $tealerships around here.

working on getting a '11 theater, touring, tech msrp 76k getting it for 69,800
in Hartford CT

I am about to purchase and most dealers are now offering between $58.5k and $59.5k for 4wd with theater package.

I suspect pricing will get better in October. The only issue is that supply will be limited. I think that their will be a large supply at better discounts of models with the 2nd row bench in white or platinum.

Do you think Infiniti will start to offer cash back incentives?
