Around View Camera Access At Any Speed

Apparently they're doing it on the FX (2009-2012)

The around view monitor control unit on the qx56 is located behind the AV control unit. What I'm wondering is if connector M48 is within reach without having to remove too much more (when doing the nav/dvd while in motion mod).

going from memory here. you will have to remove the usual parts to get to the av. its the side panels, the shifter finisher, part of the bottom glove box, and a side piece on the bottom. the AV unit is snug behind there good so you will have to remove all of that to get behind it.

At least for me, I guess I do not see the benefit for this.

It's a total novelty, but I like it. And since, I have to remove all the same pieces to get to the AV Unit for the NAV/DVD mod, I figure, why not?
