Airbag light blinking, and TPMS

Hi guys new to forum
just got a 08 QX56 with 140K on it. I'm in houston TX

2 issues i need advice on please.

1.) Airbag light is flashing. I tried the reset method by clicking the key on and off about 4 times and it worked for about 4 minutes. I took it to a garage and he said he sees the codes for module issues but he said he doesnt know how to fix it with out buying a bunch of parts and putting it in and take it to a higher end garage. I took it to a second garage and he said maybe the airbage wire in the steering column is bad but again he said he's not sure until he takes it apart. So what should I do? any body know a good shop?

2) tpms light is on, the indash display isnt connecting to any of them. I used a TPMS reader to check the tires and it showed FL and BL tires had a signal but FR and BR did not have a signal, my reader was not able to reset the tpms and recommened advance equipment. SHould i take it to costco, they quote about 70 per tire parts and labor. do they balance, rotate and do alignment? any good mom and pops for this?

1. take it to infiniti. spend the coin to get it diagnosed right. at the least they will tell you what it could be. you can then get that info and share it with a mechanic you know. could be anything.. a sensor, a faulty wire, etc.

2. replace the TPMS. do you see "***" on the display? if so, the battery is dead in those sensors. just get 4 new ones.

any reputable tire shop can replace/rotate/align tires. its not difficult. if you have a neighborhood shop you trust , to there. or let infiniti do it. use yelp for reviews of car shops that specialize in your car.

if you want to know what costco does, just give them a call. they are happy to take your business.

call pep boys. have them quote you. see which one gives the better cost. look online for coupons to pep boys or costco, etc., if you are looking to save money.

Our Costco doesn't do alignments.
