Adding Daytime Running Lites Module

I need to install the Daytime Running Lights (DRL) module to my 2013 QX56in order to be compliant with Canadian regulations. Can someone help me locate wiring diagrams so that I can find a 12V Ignition source? I know how to wire in the module if i can find a power source that is on whenever the vehicle is running.

Not sure if it helps but our previous 12 56 I turned the spotlights on and that made the headlights function like daytime running lights when they are on Auto.
I don't know if that will solve your regulation requirement but it worked for my desire to have DRL's.
