Whenever the fan is on, I hear the fan blades hitting the ductwork...the faster the speed of the fan, the faster the "ticking" of the blades. Does anyone know how to get to the fan motor? Remove it? Will the blades need to be replaced? The whole motor assembly? Any special tools or things I need to be aware of? THANKS!
