98 i30 starting problems

I've got a 98 i30, just put a new engine and have had problems ever since. I'm pulling several codes but all led to the MAP sensor. I replaced that but I'm still having problems starting. Sometimes it starts right up but other times it just cranks and cranks and then finally starts. Today it just cranked, tried to pop off but never started. Now my battery is dead. The current codes I'm getting are: P0325, P1105, P0325pd, and P1105pd.

I need help fast.

And it always smells flooded when it wont start right up
