+45mm wheel offset to +20mm wheel offset, will it work on my 96 I30???

Looking at a set of 86 Nissan 300ZX Turbo wheels to put on my Infiniti I30.
Just wondering if the +20mm offset will stick the wheels out too far and cause rubbing issues?
Reason I am looking at these is because they are 16" wheels and would be an upgrade from my stock 15" wheels. Plus they are free and I already have them.....

Is it stock height?
Then you shouldn't have too much of an issue.
It MAY rub when you go on a BIG dip with stock height, other than that, you are fine.
