My 2024 QX60 has a strange issue with the tilt steering wheel column. Sometimes the range goes as low as touching my legs in a normal seating position, and sometimes it only goes down to the point where it is at a 45 degree angle (not my preferred position). I'm not sure if there is a way to reset the mechanism, nor what has caused it to be at different heights at different times. I've also had issues with the position of the driver-side mirror changing position after restarting the car. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix these issues? I mentioned it to the service rep at Infiniti and they looked at me like I had 2 heads and just said they had never seen that issue before.
