I have a 2015 QX60 bought new that now has 110K miles on it. The power lift gate stopped opening. I can flip off the power button off and open it manually but it will not open under power - lift gate button, interior button to left of steering wheel, key fob button - none of them work. Once it has been manually opened I can then flip the power button back on and it will either close the first time or close 2/3 of the way and open back up and then the next time it will close under power. I think this indicates it is not a fuse problem. I took it to the dealer and they said the spindles (the two hydraulic lift arms) are worn and need to be replaced for $2,600. What is frustrating is that they were able to recalibrate it and the power lift gate opened and closed under power in the service parking lot so I thought it was fixed. But of course then when I drove home 15 miles from the dealer it was exactly back to same problem above. Any advice appreciated.
