in order for anyone over the internet to help, you must give us more info. what you are experiencing is not something that happens naturally so it could be anything.
did you take it to infiniti?
do you have any CEl/check engine lights?
did you just buy the car? or did you buy it new? whats the mileage?
any engine issues prior to this? any mods done to the car?
what grade of petrol are you using? do you go to the same petrol station or just whatever you see?
have you done any maintenance to the car since you've had it?
do you know if the car had the recall done for the oil jets and timing chain?
issues could be faulty wiring, dirty MAF, clogged cats, fouled o2 sensors, faulty petrol high pressure pump, clogged injectors, fouled plugs....
does it drive rough? does it idle steady or is it all over the place? any white smoke or blue smoke coming out of the exhaust?
