I have a 2012 Infiniti QX56, and the other night my daughter hit a button on the remote, and now nothing will play on either screen in the back. When the car turns on the screens say "To return to original source, press rear AUX. However, no matter what I push on the remote, it does not play the DVD. I have looked everywhere and I cannot find a solution to this problem.
