2011 M37X Heated Seats issues

Hi Guys, I picked up my M37X 2 weeks ago. Since the weather has been freezing in Toronto, I've been using my heated seats a lot. Unfortunately, they don't seem to get all that warm and the highest setting.

Has anyone heard about this issue?

My wife's Audi's seats get really nice and toasty warm......my brand new infiniti barely gets luke warm.

Thoughts?

The Seats In My M37s Get Hot Hot Hot. Take It Into The Dealership And Have Them Fix/replace The Climate/heated Seat.
