2011: CPO or Extended Warranty

We are working a deal on a 2011 QX56. I have the option of the CPO warranty or a third party extended warranty. I do not have a local Infiniti dealer where I live.

Any recommendations about which way to go. They are both at no cost to me.

I wanted to add that the factory warranty is almost out, and the extended warranty through the third party is bumper to bumper.
