2010 QX 56 ,Not getting heat.

Turned on the heat in my truck,but I'm not getting any heat. It still blows cool or cold air,as if the AC is stil on. Can anyone assist me in figuring out the cause and remedy?

could be the switch in the engine room that transfers hot coolant to the heater core.

Have you checked your coolant level? Last winter I had to fill my overflow reservoir and that fixed the problem.
